Pat joined Döhle Corporate and Trust Services Limited in May 2021 as Head of Compliance/MLRO. Prior to this she was a manager in Fiduciary Services at the IOM Financial Services Authority where she had worked since September 2006.

Pat is a Fellow Member of the International Compliance Association and has the International Diploma in Compliance and the International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering. She also has a diploma in Offshore Administration with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) (now The Chartered Governance Institute) and a Diploma in Financial Administration from the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM).

Antonia has been working for the ACSP since 2008. Having grown up on the Isle of Man and attended Castle Rushen High School, Antonia studied Economic Geography at the University of Cambridge graduating with a first class honours degree and then a PhD. From 1997-2004 Antonia was a civil servant at HM Treasury, working on public spending, European and environmental issues.

John Atherton is the compliance officer and MLRO for Zedra IOM trust business and has lived and worked in the IOM for over 25 years. He has professional qualifications in both Banking and Trusts.

Basil Bielich studied at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and qualified as a Chartered Accountant 1994 after completing his training with Ernst & Young. He gained a wide range of experience in the industrial and commercial sectors while employed by a multinational company.

Basil relocated to the Isle of Man in 1997 and was appointed as a director of Browne Craine & Co Chartered Accountants shortly thereafter. He is also a director of Peregrine Corporate Services Limited which is a licenced Corporate and Trust Service Provider. Basil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW) and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). Basil has a wealth of experience advising and managing a wide portfolio of trust, corporate and individual clients and has a particular interest in niche technology and internet companies.

Robert Cattle is Director, Client Services, at Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited, and is responsible for a number of key corporate and private client relationships. He takes pride in building deep and long lasting relationships with his clients and seeks to add value through the provision of bespoke solutions. He works closely with the Equiom Isle of Man board to improve operational efficiencies and the implementation of the business development strategy, focusing on real estate. Robert is a Chartered Governance Professional with the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland.

Having commenced a career in company and trust administration in 1992, Anne has more than 25 years experience in company secretarial practice and company and trust administration. Anne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and has worked as Company Secretary on a few companies quoted on AIM and one Main Market company. As a Director and Company Secretary of Boston Limited Anne has primary responsibility for the Statutory Team and Sponsor Services provided to issuers looking to list on The International Stock Exchange ("TISE").

Tracy has more than 20 years experience in our industry having started her fiduciary services career initially in 1989 before moving to the UK in 1999 to gain more Company Secretarial experience. Tracy returned to the Island in 2008 to take up an Administration Manager role at a small TCSP and is currently the Administration Director at Aston International Limited, one of the longest-established firms in our industry. Tracy is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and held the position of Deputy Company Secretary of a large Friendly Society in the UK for 7 years.

Sally is Manx and has 20 years of experience of the trust & corporate services industry on the Island and is currently an Associate Director of IQ EQ (Isle of Man) Limited. Her current role spans both client administration and operations, and she is a member of STEP.

Teresa is a director of The ILS Group Limited, a global provider of independent fiduciary services to professional advisers, international corporate groups and private clients. She is responsible for both internal and external operations including client service levels, personnel and the development of group policies and procedures. She has more than 20 years' experience in the fiduciary services sector having worked in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions most notably on company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance matters. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Samantha graduated from the University of Wales, Bangor in 2006. She commenced her training to be a Chartered Accountant at Crowe Morgan Management Limited in the same year and she qualified in 2010. She was appointed Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer in 2014 and in 2015 she was promoted to Director. Samantha has a large and diverse portfolio of clients across the TCSP industry, including trust structures, investment companies and property holding companies. She is also experienced in dealing with restructuring family wealth, tax and estate planning
