The Association of Corporate Service Providers was founded to further the development of the Isle of Man as an international centre for the provision of corporate and trust services.
ACSP members provide a comprehensive range of highly professional corporate and fiduciary services. In addition to being located in the Isle of Man, many Association members have offices or representation in other jurisdictions.
The Association represents the industry in matters affecting the environment in which we operate and our officers meet on a regular basis with government bodies to ensure that the views and requirements of the industry are known.
Membership benefits include: the opportunity for a detailed listing on our website; full and associate members can attend our regular lunchtime seminars free of charge (subject to occasional quotas per firm for very popular events); all members have priority booking and reduced course fees for our BPP International Finance training courses.
The Island is renowned and respected as an international financial centre. There are several reasons for this including: an excellent working relationship between Government and the private sector, a diverse economic and financial infrastructure, favourable taxation and world class communications.
The Isle of Man offers many advantages for Corporate Service Providers and has been pre-eminent in the creation of innovative corporate legislation. The Government offers a highly tailored service for companies seeking to relocate to the Island. They will assist with: coordinating grants and financial assistance, taxation, immigration and employing staff.
Our Knowledge Centre contains considerable information for companies seeking to do business with the Isle of Man or establishing a business of their own in the Island. This includes: economic statistics, relocation packages, the legal and banking systems and types of corporate entities which are available.
