Speakers
Tom Richards is Head of Wealth Management, Isle of Man, for Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. He leads the office’s team of ten portfolio managers and four stockbrokers and has extensive experience managing portfolios and providing investment advice for HNW individuals, personal and corporate pension schemes, trustees, directors, regulated funds and family offices.
Damian Molyneux is an Advocate and Director of M&P Legal. He specialises in (amongst other things) claims for negligence/breach of contract against professionals (including financial advisors and investment companies) as well as insolvency and trust law. He has previously worked as an IFA and as a sales consultant for a life company in London.
David Keates is an Advocate at M&P Legal. He specialises in regulatory matters including compliance and anti money laundering, employment claims and professional negligence (amongst other things). He has previously held positions in Economic Crime Unit with UK police forces and as head of Financial Crime at Barclays.
