The speaker in the first webinar is Sean Wakeman who is a partner in Crowe UK LLP's Tax Resolutions Team. Sean specialises in all aspects of tax investigations, negotiates settlements with HMRC and works in conjunction with accountancy and legal professionals, bankers, fiduciaries, trust and corporate service providers and company administrators. He has extensive experience of making voluntary disclosures to HMRC and dealing with HMRC investigations in a manner that gives individuals, businesses, trusts and companies the greatest possible protection. Sean is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the ICAEW's Tax Investigations Practitioner Group. He writes and speaks widely in relation to tax investigation and disclosure matters. He is a much respected figure and regarded by the industry as one of the top advisors in his field.
