In an era where businesses are receiving increasing numbers of demands to disclose information and/or documents to law enforcement or regulators, this one-hour webinar is by a practitioner for practitioners and seeks to give a practical overview of the essentials that businesses, and particularly the individuals who are responsible for receiving and responding to such demands, should know to enable them to effectively react to and manage the multi-facetted impact of receiving enforced disclosure demands.

Keith is currently the Head of Compliance, MLRO and MLCO for an independent Trust Company in Jersey and is a regular contributor to regulatory working groups, providing expert practitioner input to assist with the development of regulatory standards. Keith's long and varied career gives him a rare mix of knowledge, skills and practical experiences that can be of benefit to others working in compliance or financial crime roles at all levels.
