The 2020 Real Estate & Real Estate Funds eCPD Seminar Series focuses on the current real estate landscape, as well as looking at the future of commercial property; global, economic, societal and technological impacts on real estate investing; and the latest developments in key legislation.

A practical series bringing together high-profile speakers to discuss how the sector is ever evolving and how you can be better prepared for the future.

This series will comprise of 8 seminars of 60 minutes, inclusive of a 10-minute Q&A.

Dr Walter Boettcher, Chief Economist, UK & EMEA At Colliers International

Dr Boettcher has over 20 years of UK/European experience across a wide range of property sectors and related industries. He joined Colliers International in August 2007, after several years at a London-based private property company. Previously, he worked at several London-based property advisory companies and as a Geographical Information System (GIS) consultant for CACI Ltd – a UK-based census agency. Dr Boettcher is an economics graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and received a PhD (Geography) from University College London. He is a member of the Society of Property Researchers, the London Property Economics Forum, and is an active commentator in the UK and European property press, known for his alternative take on markets.
