The OECD's Pillar 2 Global Minimum Tax initiative applies to international groups with consolidated revenue in excess of €750 million. The aim of Pillar 2 is to ensure that such in-scope groups are subject to a minimum rate of taxation on profits of at least 15%, regardless of where such profits are generated.
The seminar will provide attendees with:
- an overview of the Pillar 2 rules and an update on timing;
- consideration of the potential impact on in-scope businesses; and
- high level comment on the policy options available to jurisdictions such as the Isle of Man in response to Pillar 2.
