Joel Graves has over 15-years investment experience. He manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios for private clients, offshore trusts and charities. At Rathbones Joel co-chairs the Jersey Investment Committee. As an investment manager Joel is particularly interested in stocks selection and quantitative analysis. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter Holder (CFA) and a graduate of Loughborough with a BSc (Hons) in Physics. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI. In addition, he holds the Diploma in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute and the CFA ESG Certificate. Joel is a Tutor for the School of International Financial Services, and recently delivered the investment module for the Chartered Institute of Governance.
Lee Morris has over 15-years investment experience. He manages assets including managing trust, private client and institutional portfolios. At Rathbones Lee is deputy chairman for the group Fixed Interest Committee, he sits on fund selection with responsibility for global sovereigns and high yield, and he also co-chairs the Jersey Investment committee. He has particular expertise in macroeconomics, bonds and alternatives investments creating a range of models in the space. He is a graduate of St. Andrews University with an MA (Hons) in Management and Economics; he also has an MBA from Edinburgh. Lee is an Adjunct Professor at Buckingham University and where he creates and delivers undergraduate degree material and recently supervised a Master's degree assessing the role of alternative investments in multi-asset portfolios. He guest lectures at several universities and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI.
