Our DQ sponsored ACSP seminar on Thursday 24th September is with Paul de Weerd and Nick Platten of the FSC.

The title of the session is: "Listed, quoted and public companies – issues for TCSPS", and the seminar will cover:

1. Challenges and risks in companies with "outside" investors

2. Insider trading risks and precautions

3. Directorship guidance

If you have already attended a session of this title run by the FSC or plan to attend one, you do not need also to attend this ACSP session as it will be the same.

This Thursday 24th September session will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with coffee and registration from 12 noon for a prompt start at 12.30 pm. It is anticipated that this event will finish at around 1.30 pm, subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience.
