This is a general introductory course initially focusing on traditional partnerships, then limited partnerships. It will cover the creation of these partnerships, the entities involved, together with their rights and liabilities. The uses of limited partnerships in offshore jurisdictions is also covered together with new developments. This course is suitable for new entrants into the industry, junior administrators and anyone involved in fund administration.
