Location: Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas
This DQ sponsored seminar is with Simon Nicholas of KPMG.
The Isle of Man Government has commissioned KPMG as a strategic partner to assist in producing a five to ten year economic strategy, called the "Our Big Picture" project. A significant part of this project is, for the first time, accurately to understand the Island's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to inform policy development and create a robust vision and economic strategy for the Island. Simon Nicholas, KPMG Project Lead, will join us to provide an overview of the project, KPMG's approach and to share the key findings to date.
Two phases of the Big Picture project are now complete. As KPMG commences the third - exploring policy development and creation of a prioritisation framework, KPMG will share findings to date and provide further information on the upcoming phases, and how the findings are used to develop a strategic plan for the Island.
Your views will be welcomed and there will be an opportunity to share these throughout the session.
