Juan qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute in 2004 and was appointed a fellow in 2017. Juan recently retired as President of the IOM CGI after serving on the council for ten years.

After spending over twenty years in the CSP sector, Juan was appointed CEO of the Law Society, a position he held for 6 years.

3 years ago, Juan set up Resolute Consultancy Limited, to advise on governance and compliance. Juan is currently collaborating with Companies Registry, to ensure the Registry can comply with international standards and obligations for AML/CFT.
