-This course looks at the motivation of difficult people and the different personalities and behaviour patterns that may be encountered at work and in life
-It will help you to understand how you respond to conflict and provide time to reflect in the context of theoretical scenarios
-We will look at a simple structure to refer to when holding difficult conversations to help give you the tools to make a success of difficult situations
