HMRC UK property task force - implications for TCSPs

Our AGM will be held at our DQ sponsored ACSP seminar on Tuesday 10th October 2017.

This seminar is with Alan Kennedy and Paul Harrison of UK tax advisory specialists Trident Tax, and Annemarie Hughes of DQ Advocates, on the topic:

"HMRC UK property task force – implications for TCSPs".

In conjunction with DQ Advocates, UK tax advisory specialists Trident Tax will address delegates on the task force set up by HMRC to focus on the UK taxation of property development activity. Using case studies and practical examples, speakers will provide an overview of the work of the task force, the use of cross-border instruments to assist in the work being undertaken and the practical consequences for TCSPs.

This session is with coffee and registration from 12 noon for a prompt 12.30 pm start.
It is anticipated that this event will finish at around 1.45 pm, subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience.
