Location: Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas.
This DQ sponsored seminar is with Leanne McKeown of DQ Advocates. Delegates will be taken through an overview of the implications for employers of the Equality Bill 2016 which is due to be introduced into the House of Keys in October. Drawing on case law examples from the UK and elsewhere, alongside her particular expertise in this area of law, Leanne will share insights into how the law in this area has been applied and what Island employers can expect, as well as offering practical advice on the appropriate next steps. Leanne will also address delegates as regards the forthcoming changes to the FSA Rule Book and the need for regulated entities to have in place a free standing whistleblowing policy.
This seminar is with coffee and registration from 12 noon for a 12.30 pm start. The ACSP AGM will be held at the beginning of this seminar. For bookings please email aking@acsp.co.im. This seminar is free to staff of ACSP member firms and to associate members.
