At this DQ sponsored seminar, Mark Emery and Sinead O'Connor from DQ Advocates will address the audience on topical matters in relation to data protection.

Sinead will provide a brief reminder of the key principles involved in compliance with data protection requirements and will provide insights on common issues experienced by clients.

Mark will reflect on lessons learned from recent enforcement action in the area of data protection and will also share his experiences from civil claims involving data protection matters.
