Michael Crowe joined the Isle of Man Department for Enterprise after working in the Accountancy profession for 27 years. He was a Director at Grant Thornton Limited, and prior to that at PKF. Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the former President of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce and former Chair of the Isle of Man Society of Chartered Accountants. During his professional career he worked on the Island with a wide variety of clients and organisations of all sizes, covering all sectors of the local economy.
As Head of Banking and Fiduciaries for the Finance Isle of Man Agency, Paul Blake has over 20 years of experience across a range of Financial Services sectors including banking, legal and fiduciaries. Paul first came to the island in 2001 with Lloyds Banking Group as a senior manager in their corporate banking team. In the legal sector, Paul was Chief Operating Officer at two leading Isle of Man Law firms and was responsible for strategic development and driving operational excellence. Paul has a degree in Politics from Staffordshire University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
