An experienced private wealth advisor, Emily Osborne provides international tax and private wealth advice to families and trustees of family trusts on a variety of issues. Her areas of expertise include establishing wealth preservation structures such as offshore trusts, foundations and companies, family governance and business succession planning, advice on residence and domicile, the reporting of beneficial ownership and structuring the acquisition and ownership of UK residential property.
Many of Emily's clients are international, meaning much of her work has a cross border element, and entrepreneurial, requiring her to advise on both the personal and business aspects of her clients' lives.
