The importance of effective corporate governance is more evident than ever before. With myriad challenges facing businesses globally, the role of governance is evolving to cover such issues as equality, diversity and inclusion; climate change; remote workforces; sustainability; and stakeholder management. This is in addition to the traditional corporate governance considerations of risk management, legal and regulatory compliance and financial performance.

The 2023 Corporate Governance Series explores a wide range of issues facing governance professionals and enables delegates to appreciate the nuances of navigating the complex waters of effective corporate governance. Hearing from leading industry-expert speakers, delegates will benefit from a wealth of experience across a range of sectors.
