The 2023 Company Secretary Structured Training Programme provides Company Secretaries with the tools they need to understand the roles and responsibilities of being a company secretary, along with practical ways to assist the Chair and Company Directors.

This programme will enable participants to understand the breadth and depth of the role, and how the role of Company Secretary is a valuable part of the company leadership team.

It will also equip participants with practical ways to manage their roles and responsibilities efficiently and promptly.

This programme will comprise 5 x 1-hour webinars of 60 minutes, including Q&A, delivered by our expert-trainer: Heather-Anne Hubbell.
